Key Responsibilities
Develop, standardize, and optimize screen printing processes and parameters.
Conduct trials for recent products, inks, substrates, and process improvements.
Recent Press product establishment and PFMEA, Process flow to identify bottle neck.
Problem solving with 7 QC tools, why why analysis,& major kaizen.
Monitor print quality and resolve defects to ensure product compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, downtime, setup time, and material consumption.
Reducing plant cost with RM project, value engg. & cost reduction projects.
Provide shop floor troubleshooting and technical support & training during production.
Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and capability enhancement.
Identify and implement automation and productivity improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process control documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
