Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of academic counselors to hit enrollment/sales targets
Drive student counseling from lead to admission closure
Track team performance,
conversions, and call quality
Train and mentor counselors on pitch and product knowledge
Handle escalations from students/parents
Report performance to management regularly
Coordinate with marketing/admissions for better lead conversion
Requirements
2.5 yrs team-lead experience (ed-tech mandatory)
Solid communication & leadership skills
Kannada mandatory for Bangalore role
Graduate; MBA a plus
