Lovely Qualified University is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Civil to lead large-scale civil construction and infrastructure projects from planning and execution to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, execution, and progress monitoring.
Oversee civil construction activities, site operations, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
Review and verify measurements, RA bills, final bills, variations, and contractor claims, ensuring timely bill clearance.
Monitor project budgets, costs, timelines, resources, risks, safety, and contractual compliance.
Conduct project reviews and prepare MIS, progress reports, and management updates.




Ensure timely project completion, documentation, handover, and commercial closure.

Key Skills: Civil Construction & Infrastructure Project Management, Project Planning & Scheduling, BOQ & Quantity Verification, Billing & Bill Clearance, Contractor Management, Cost Control, Quality & Safety, Risk Management, Documentation & MIS.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. M.Tech/MBA or a relevant qualification in Project/Construction Management will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: A senior civil professional with strong experience in large-scale institutional, commercial, campus, or infrastructure projects, with proven expertise in project execution, billing, contractor management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.
