Senior Manager PMO | Real Estate
10–15 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction PMO.
Must have experience in both Residential & Commercial projects.
Robust experience in project planning, monitoring, scheduling, MIS, and project coordination.
Responsible for tracking project timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Project, Design, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, and other stakeholders.
Experience in handling multiple large-scale projects will be preferred.
Robust analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project / Primavera.
