Dolphin Head Hunters is looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counselor for student counselling and admission-related sales for IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English courses.

The candidate must have a confident, presentable personality, solid communication skills, and excellent convincing and sales-closing ability.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students for IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English courses.
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain course details, fees, batches, and facilities.
Work towards monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain enquiry and admission records.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, or a similar sales role.
Strong convincing, negotiation,



and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, smart, well-groomed, and presentable personality is mandatory.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Comfortable working with sales and admission targets.
Experience in IELTS, PTE, study abroad, immigration, or education sector will be preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
