Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Associate who can manage day-to-day operations,
communicate with users, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs)
Lead & booking operations – tracking leads, bookings, payments, cancellations, and drop-offs
Slot & sample collection operations – ensuring scheduled collections happen and identifying pending/failed collections
Report operations – tracking report generation TAT and pending reports
Customer follow-ups – managing callbacks, reschedules, failed collections and unresolved cases
Funnel monitoring – identifying leakage at each stage and driving closures
Daily MIS & reporting – maintaining operational dashboards, SLA tracking and performance reporting
Team handling - should able to handle a team
Key Requirements ● 3 - 6 years of experience in operations or similar role
● Positive communication and coordination skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks
● Comfortable working in a quick-paced setting
● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
