Position: Senior Project Coordinator

Department: Projects / Operations

Reporting To: Project Manager / Head of Management

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing / Project Operations

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and contractors.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
Follow up on materials, manpower, procurement, and logistics requirements.
Maintain project-related documents, reports, quotations, work orders, and records.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization.
Identify project delays, issues, and risks and report them to management.
Conduct regular follow-ups with project teams and provide status updates.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate site visits, inspections, installations, and project-related activities when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Support project managers in planning, execution, and customer coordination.




Maintain positive communication with clients and resolve routine project-related queries.
Ensure proper handover and completion documentation after project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Management, or a relevant field.
5–7+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Solid follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
