We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our leadership team and drive design excellence across premium Residential / Commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Business Head, senior designers, and project managers to deliver outstanding design outcomes.
Develop innovative and functional designs for apartments, villas, luxury residences / corporate Spaces like Office spaces, Retail Brands, Hospitality etc.
Lead client presentations and pitches, tailoring proposals to homeowners, investors / corporate clients.
Partner with Business Development and Client Solutions teams to manage key client projects and support growth initiatives.
Prepare and deliver impactful design presentations, proposals, and pitches.
Mentor and motivate the design team, ensuring creativity, performance, and adherence to design standards.
Contribute to building an effective training program for the design team,
fostering continuous learning and skilled growth.
Desired Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential / Commercial interior fit-out projects.
Robust proficiency in 2D drafting in AutoCAD and understand basics of 3D.
Must have prepared BOQ for multiple projects & understand current market. *
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead client interactions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively while maintaining design quality.
Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams.
