Business Development Manager (Full-Cycle Sales) | Gurugram | Fixed + Uncapped Incentives

Are you a salesperson who loves the chase, from finding the lead to seeing the money in the bank? We're looking for a hunter who owns the entire sales cycle and wants to be paid for performance, not just presence.

What You'll Do
Research target markets, industries, and competitors to identify the right customers
Build prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data tools
Run outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and follow-up sequences
Conduct discovery calls, product demos and client meetings
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close contracts
Follow through on invoicing and payment collection until the money is received




Maintain your pipeline and activity in a CRM and report on progress weekly

What We're Looking For
3–7 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing deals yourself
Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Solid communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
Self-driven: comfortable working with targets and without daily supervision
Experience selling to [your buyer type, e.g., HR heads / CXOs / procurement teams] is a strong plus
