Job Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a skilled, productive, and friendly manner. The role requires maintaining high service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding hygiene and safety practices in line with hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
Interact with guests, take orders, and recommend drinks based on preferences
Ensure bar setup is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Maintain knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar menu offerings
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store for replenishment
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Handle cash and billing accurately (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with legal drinking age and alcohol service regulations
Maintain cleanliness of bar equipment, glassware, and work area




Provide excellent guest service and handle complaints professionally

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender in a hotel or reputed restaurant/Clubs
Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a positive approach

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of international cocktail recipes
Familiarity with POS systems
Basic flair bartending skills (optional)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
