Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
12+ years of project management experience, including at least 6 years managing enterprise HR or ERP transformation programmes at senior level.
Direct experience delivering implementations in HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, UKG) or ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
Robust understanding of HR or ERP processes across global operations.
Demonstrated success managing global, cross-functional teams across time zones.
Proven experience preparing and presenting to Project Boards, steering committees, and C-suite stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (PMP, Agile, SCRUM preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with multi-country payroll, global HR models,



or complex ERP integration landscapes.
Background in consulting, skilled services, or enterprise technology delivery.
Experience with large data migrations, global process harmonization, and change management.
Ability to manage multi-million-dollar project budgets and contractual responsibilities.
Strategic planning and execution leadership, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
Excellent relationship-building and client-facing communication.
