Buchanan Technologies is hiring a senior Oracle skilled to support multiple client environments. The role focuses on resolving complex production issues across Oracle Applications, with particular emphasis on Demantra, Configurator, and VCP integrations.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Oracle application and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution.
Support Oracle Demantra, Oracle Configurator, and DemantraVCP integration points.
Perform performance tuning and recommend improvements to system stability.
Manage support priorities across clients, document solutions, and guide team members.
Required Skills
Strong Oracle Applications production support experience in a third-party, multi-client workplace.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra and Oracle Configurator.
Understanding of VCP integrations and boundary issues.
Solid troubleshooting, performance tuning, and client communication skills.
Preferred: Oracle EBS support and supply chain or demand planning experience.
