Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and cutting-edge Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in

Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and cutting-edge technologies like NLP, RAG, and AI Agents

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI/ML solutions using state-of-the-art technologies ensuring scalability,

efficiency, and business alignment.
Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbots, and AI applications using external APIs or local LLMs.
Leverage GenAI tools to create dynamic AI agents and workflows.
Train, fine-tune, and deploy ML models using platforms like AWS SageMaker and AWS

Bedrock.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment and model retraining.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Document AI workflows, data pipelines, and deployment processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements




4 years of software development experience with Python and ML.
Robust proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Hands-on experience in building Agents, Speech processors, PDF & Image processors.
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques such as Chain of Thought (CoT) prompting.
Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision and time series forecasting.
Experience with AWS (including Bedrock, Lambda).
Solid knowledge of system design principles including scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with GitHub and Docker for container orchestration.

Positive to Have
Experience working in Healthcare or Healthcare Projects will be an added advantage
Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including moderation mechanisms and ethical AI design.
Experience in training and fine-tuning large-scale AI models.
Exposure to advanced GenAI toolkits and multi-agent AI systems.
