About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with 5+ years of experience in .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. The candidate should have solid development skills and experience working on business applications.

The role also involves guiding a small team, handling production issues, and working closely with product and engineering teams. Experience in payroll, ERP, accounting, HCM, or fintech applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes.
Work with banking, tax, accounting, and benefits-related integrations.
Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and build solutions.
Monitor production applications and resolve technical issues.
Handle customer issues related to payroll processing, accuracy, and system performance.
Review code, help improve application performance, and reduce technical debt.
Guide and mentor 1–3 developers while continuing to work on development tasks.




Work with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Deploy and manage applications in Azure environments.
Follow security and data privacy standards while handling sensitive payroll information.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
Valuable knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
Experience working on business applications such as payroll, ERP, accounting, HCM, billing, or fintech.
Experience handling production issues and finding root causes.
Experience mentoring or guiding other developers.
Good understanding of Git, testing, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Azure and Azure DevOps experience is preferred.
Experience with multi-tenant applications is a plus.
Payroll software experience, including taxes, ACH, garnishments, overtime, W-2, or 941 reporting, is a plus.
