Role Description The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support Acumen Global’s educational and career consulting services.

Responsibilities include building responsive front-end interfaces, implementing robust back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.



This is a full-time, in office role based in Thiruvananthapuram, requiring close coordination with product, operations, and consulting teams to deliver user-centric digital experiences.

Qualifications
Strong front-end development skills, including experience with up-to-date JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Proficiency in back-end web development, including API design, server-side frameworks, and database integration.
Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development and software development best practices, including testing and version control.
Ability to design scalable architectures, optimize performance, and implement secure coding standards.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience mentoring engineers, collaborating in cross-functional teams, and delivering production-ready applications.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
