We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive – Retail to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customers and provide excellent product guidance and service.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store cleanliness.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Follow up with customers to generate repeat sales.
Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to achieve store objectives.
Guide and support junior sales staff when required.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive sales and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems will be an advantage.
Education
Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary qualification.
Graduation is an added advantage.
