About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate a up-to-date cloud-native platform that supports mission-critical applications and data services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes-based infrastructure, GitOps practices, CI/CD automation, database administration, observability, and platform security.

You will play a key role in driving platform reliability, scalability, and developer productivity while mentoring junior engineers and adopting open-source technologies to enhance our engineering ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities




Design and manage advanced CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD GitOps).
Deploy and operate highly available PostgreSQL & MySQL clusters.
Manage Kong API Gateway and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure.
Operate and enhance monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) and ensure security compliance.
Manage Kafka clusters, perform capacity planning, and participate in incident response.
Mentor junior engineers and deploy current open-source platforms end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
Expert-level Kubernetes (deployments, StatefulSets, RBAC, CRDs) and Docker.
Extensive experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL (HA, replication) and Helm chart development.
Proficiency with ArgoCD, Prometheus + Grafana (PromQL), and Apache Kafka.
Solid Linux administration, scripting (Bash, Python, Go), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
Experience with HashiCorp Vault and Traefik ingress controller.
