Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Credit underwriting and analyzing current proposals by performing cashflow analysis, detailed financial analysis, financial modelling, deal memo preparation, and assisting zonal managers towards successful closure of deals.
Assisting zonal heads/team leads in standardization of processes and various MIS' maintained by the credit team (HOT, sanction letter, deal MIS, cashflow models etc) Key Performance Indicators
Post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies, including financial and operational performance, preparation of periodic reports for internal and external use, other support required for portfolio management
Assist compliance and risk teams in regular audits and other data points
Maintaining deal pipeline, disbursement schedules, and various other MIS for different use cases.
Coordinate with various teams for data collection and ensure sanctity of data.
