Role: Senior Manager - Procurement

Experience: 12 years

Roles & Responsibility:
Manage procurement of castings, bought-out parts, forgings, engineering components, and consumables.
Lead and manage a team members.
Develop current vendors and alternate suppliers.
Handle costing, negotiations, contracts, and cost reduction.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
Monitor supplier performance for cost, quality, and delivery.
Ensure timely material availability and smooth plant operations.
Manage inventory and procurement activities through SAP/ERP.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Metal, Mining, Heavy Engineering, Steel, Foundry, or Manufacturing industries.
Solid experience in castings, bought-out parts, forgings, and engineering components.
Experience in vendor development and commercial negotiations.
Robust team management and leadership skills.
