:
Coordinate with clients regarding civil/construction project requirements and updates.
Act as a communication link between clients and the project/site team.
Schedule site visits, meetings, and project discussions.
Follow up with clients regarding project progress, payments, and documentation.
Understand client concerns and coordinate with engineers to resolve issues.
Maintain client records, project updates, and communication details.
Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and other project teams.
Handle client complaints and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Provide regular project status updates to clients and management.
Maintain valuable skilled relationships with clients throughout the project.
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant field. Experience: 1–3 years in construction, civil projects, real estate, or client coordination.
Key Skills: Client handling, communication, coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and basic knowledge of civil construction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
