Job Summary

Vaisesika is looking for an experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in developing scalable web applications using Python and contemporary frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, hands-on frontend experience, REST API integration skills, and knowledge of databases and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using Python.
Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React or Angular.
Build, integrate, and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data management.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and software development activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
Follow best practices for application security, scalability,



and maintainability.

Mandatory Skills
6+ years of experience in software development.
Solid hands-on experience in Python.
Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Solid hands-on experience with React or Angular.
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in REST API development and microservices.
Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
Containerization: Docker / Kubernetes.
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
Redis / Kafka.
Cloud-native application development.
Performance optimization and application monitoring.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong backend development experience in Python.
Hands-on experience in frontend development using React or Angular.
Good understanding of API integration and full-stack application architecture.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
