Hold a Bachelors Degree in a Finance, Management, Business Administration or related degree. MBA / CFA candidates preferred.
Has 4+ years of Asset Management experience in middle office, fund administration, performance and attribution as well as client reporting; with a robust understanding of the entire end-to-end process.
Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter.
Leveraged loan / CLO operations experience preferred.
Proficiency in reviewing legal documentation and financial modelling.
Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and SeniorManagement.
Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to understand business functions and processes quickly.
