Role & responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.
Perform UI and API automation testing and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Develop and maintain regression, smoke, functional, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
Automate API testing using Playwright and validate JSON/XML responses.
Execute exploratory testing and manual API testing using Postman.
Test communication protocols, especially Modbus; knowledge of SNMP, HTTP, IEC61850 is highly desirable.
Analyze logs using Wireshark, Frame Trace, and Modbus Logs.
Identify, track, and drive defects to closure.
Participate in Agile/Protected Agile ceremonies and contribute to test strategy and quality planning.
Mentor and coach junior QA engineers.
