Mechanical Design & Development Responsibilities

· Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.

· Create 2D drawings and 3D models using onshape (preferred) or similar CAD software.

· Support design reviews, engineering calculations, and tolerance analysis.

· Update designs based on testing results and engineering feedback.

· Prepare and maintain BOMs, part lists, and engineering documentation.

· Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D; teams to ensure product performance and manufacturability.

· Assist in prototyping, testing, and validation activities.

· Ving knowledge of tool room operations such as turning, milling etc. Knowledge on CNC machines is an added advantage.





· Aware of the different production processes such as plastic injection moulding, pressure die casting, sheet metal forming, machining etc

Tool Room & Manufacturing Experience
Hands-on experience operating conventional lathe machines.
Skilled in using bandsaw machines for material cutting and preparation.
Experience in conventional drilling and tapping operations.
Familiar with Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) operations.
Experience operating CNC turning machines.
Proficient in conventional milling machine operations.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
