We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Manager with 10–15 years of relevant experience in the pump or dosing pump industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading the mechanical design team, developing and reviewing pump designs, preparing and checking technical drawings, selecting suitable materials and components, and coordinating with production, engineering, and other departments. Solid knowledge of mechanical design, pump systems, and engineering standards is required.
Salary: No fixed salary bar. Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, technical skills, current CTC, and interview performance. A suitable hike on the current salary can be considered for the right candidate.
