We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead convertion to closure
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads
Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer database
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve group targets

Requirements:
Prior sales experience is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
