Job Responsibility
Take complete ownership of the company’s brand identity and visual representation across all brand products.
Lead brand-level design work, ensuring consistency in look, feel, tone, and quality across all platforms.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines for logos, colors, typography, layouts, and visual standards.
Conceptualize and design creatives for brand campaigns, product launches, rebranding initiatives, and promotions.
Work closely with management and marketing teams to translate brand vision and business strategy into strong visual communication.
Design high-quality creatives for product branding, packaging, catalogs, brochures, hoardings, in-store branding, and POS materials.
Create advanced digital assets for social media branding, websites, ads, banners, presentations, and brand videos.
Ensure all designs align with brand positioning, target audience, and market trends.
Lead the creative direction for major campaigns and approve final design outputs.
Guide, review, and mentor junior graphic designers, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.




Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, and external agencies to ensure accurate brand execution.
Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, branding techniques, and creative tools to continuously enhance brand value.
Contribute ideas to strengthen brand recall, visual impact, and customer engagement.
Support expansion activities such as new branch launches, recent product introductions, and corporate branding requirements.
Perform additional brand-related creative responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
