We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can independently handle SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and a digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

SEO
Plan and execute SEO strategies
Keyword research and competitor analysis
On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions

Google & Meta Ads
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads
Handle budgets, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization
Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and conversions
Improve lead generation and campaign performance

Team Management
Lead and manage the digital marketing team
Assign tasks and monitor daily/weekly work
Set campaign and SEO targets for team members
Review team performance and provide guidance
Coordinate SEO, content, social media, and paid advertising activities
Ensure projects and campaigns are completed on time

Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign and website performance




Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tools
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Present insights and improvement strategies

Requirements
3–4 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads
Previous experience in team handling/team leadership
Valuable knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console & conversion tracking
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
Valuable communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
WordPress and SEO tools experience is an advantage

Candidates with proven SEO growth, paid advertising results, and team management experience will be preferred. Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
