Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr.

Graphic

Designer to develop fresh creative concepts and lead visual design across ATL, BTL, OOH, print, event, retail, and digital campaigns, while maintaining robust brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead visual design for pan-India brand campaigns and marketing collaterals.
Develop fresh concepts, visual directions, and creative ideas for campaigns.
Translate briefs into solid, brand-focused designs with minimal rework.
Maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms and locations.
Collaborate with marketing, regional teams, vendors, and leadership.
Coordinate with print, OOH, and production vendors for final execution.
Manage creative timelines and deliver projects within deadlines.
Create mood boards, visual references, and creative assets.
Guide junior designers and freelancers when required.
Solid creative thinking with ability to develop original, brand-focused concepts.




Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, colour, and visual communication.

Key Skills
Knowledge of ATL, BTL, OOH, retail, print, digital, and event branding.
Ability to work independently, understand briefs, and deliver with minimal rework.
Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant design and AI creative tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with marketing, regional teams, vendors, and leadership.
Ability to mentor junior designers/freelancers is preferred.
Education industry experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
