Job SummaryWe're seeking a Sr. Digital Media & Content qualified with strong healthcare knowledge, social media expertise, and team leadership skills to drive our digital presence and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media and digital content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Manage and grow platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Plan and oversee content calendars, Reels, videos, posts, and healthcare-focused content.
Analyse social media performance, trends, and algorithms to optimise content and grow the audience.
Lead and manage the medical content/social media team, including task allocation,



performance monitoring, and mentoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory: Medical Doctor / Healthcare Professional with a recognized healthcare qualification.
2–4 years of relevant experience in digital media, social media, content, or healthcare communication.
Robust understanding of social media platforms and digital growth strategies.
Prior team handling/leadership experience.
Strong communication, creativity, storytelling, and analytical skills.
Active knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
