CAVA is a fast-growing Indian athleisure and lifestyle brand building across D2C and offline retail. As we scale our online business and retail footprint, we are looking for a solid, hands-on Finance & Accounts qualified who can bring accuracy, ownership and structure to day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
What you will own
Day-to-day accounting and maintenance of books
Bank reconciliations and payment reconciliations
E-commerce/payment gateway reconciliations Shopify, Razorpay/Cashfree or similar platforms
Sales, returns, refunds, credit notes and settlement reconciliation
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Vendor reconciliation and payment schedules
Inventory accounting, COGS and stock reconciliation
GST compliance, reconciliations and return-related workings
TDS calculations, payments and compliance
Monthly book closure and preparation of schedules
P&L; and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Monthly MIS and management reports
Coordination with auditors, CA and other external consultants
Supporting retail/store accounting and reconciliations
Identifying discrepancies and following them through to closure
What were looking for
Solid working knowledge of Tally/ERP and Excel is essential. You should be comfortable working independently with large transaction volumes and reconciliations.
Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, fashion, apparel or another consumer business is strongly preferred.
We particularly value someone detail-oriented, organised and persistent with closures not someone who simply records entries and passes unresolved issues onward.
