Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor 250+ Phlebotomists across the city.
Handle and guide 5 Team Leaders managing the phlebotomy team.
Monitor daily attendance, productivity, performance, and service quality.
Ensure timely customer visits and smooth sample collection operations.
Handle operational issues and escalations related to phlebotomists.
Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews with Team Leaders.
Identify manpower requirements and ensure proper team deployment.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and share performance updates with management.
Shift: Early morning login from home; report to office by 10:00 AM.
Week Off: Rotational
Qualification: Graduate preferred
Experience: Experience in team handling/field operations/phlebotomy operations preferred.
