Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Handle cold calling and convert qualified leads into premium memberships.
Manage the complete sales cycle — follow-ups, consultative selling, negotiation and closure .
Build solid relationships with premium clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and maximize lead-to-conversion ratios.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track daily sales activities,



conversions and revenue.

Requirements
4–7 years of sales experience , preferably in the service industry.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead conversion and client acquisition .
Strong understanding of high-ticket sales and consultative selling .
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Strong target orientation with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
Confident, polished and professional communication style.
Comfortable handling premium clientele and relationship-driven sales .
Experience in matrimony, luxury services, banking, insurance, real estate, education, hospitality, healthcare, travel or membership sales will be an advantage.
