The candidate should have robust knowledge of CMS and XML tools, preferably ST4, along with experience in project leadership and training current technical writers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage technical documentation for both hardware and software products.
Develop transparent, accurate, and structured technical documentation.
Work with CMS and XML-based documentation tools, preferably ST4.
Lead and organize technical writing projects independently.
Coordinate and manage documentation activities across projects.
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for new technical writers.
Lead technical documentation projects and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
8–10 years of hardware and software technical documentation/technical writing experience.
Robust working knowledge of CMS and XML tools, preferably ST4.
Proficient written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
Ability to lead and organize projects independently.
Experience in leading projects.
