Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications.
Work with Dynamics 365 CRM / Sales.
Develop and support integrations using Dataverse and D365 CRM APIs.
Use Azure Data Factory (ADF) for integration requirements.
Work with Azure Integration Services, including:
Logic Apps
Azure Functions
Service Bus
Event Grid
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
Perform data transformation and mapping.
Work with SQL for integration and data requirements.
Support Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment.
Provide production and integration support.
Troubleshoot integration-related issues.
