Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Manage target based employees for performance and non compliance exit route.
Handle recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and employee relations.
Support performance management and periodic performance reviews.
Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR processes.
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Support training, development, and employee retention initiatives.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate with management.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce dashboards.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.




Support management in HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
