WE have urgent openings for the post of Senior HR Executive
Job Location : Andheri West
Experience : 3 to 5 Years.
Salary : 30,000 to 40000 per month.
Job Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM
Facility : Have PF & ESIC.
Overall HR Management
Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure HR activities, employee records and processes are completed accurately and on time.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Handle manpower requirements, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining follow-up and recruitment tracking.
Employee Performance Management
Conduct and maintain daily and monthly employee performance reviews. Track employee work, productivity, attendance, targets, discipline and overall performance; provide feedback and report key performance issues to management.
Employee Records & Onboarding
Manage joining documentation, employee files, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor attendance and leave records, verify biometric/attendance data and coordinate with Accounts for accurate monthly payroll.




Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Handle employee concerns, conflicts and grievances, maintain proper communication with employees and support employee retention and engagement.
HR Policies & SOPs
Create, update and implement HR policies and SOPs for recruitment, attendance, leave, performance, discipline, onboarding and exit processes.
HR Compliance
Coordinate with consultants and management for PF, ESIC, PT, labour-law requirements and other applicable statutory compliances.
HR MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance, performance, open positions, employee issues and other HR metrics.
HR Team Management
Manage HR/recruitment team members, allocate work, review their performance, set targets and ensure timely completion of HR responsibilities.
