Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and strengthen HR & Administration functions in our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in employee management, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and shop-floor HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR & Administration activities.
Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Manage employee attendance, leave, discipline, and HR records.
Coordinate payroll, salary processing, overtime, and attendance data.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
Manage shop-floor employee relations and grievance handling.
Develop and implement employee engagement and motivation initiatives.
Coordinate performance appraisal, KPI, training, and development activities.




Handle disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Maintain proper HR documentation, MIS, and management reports.
Support audits, inspections, and statutory requirements.
Manage contractors and contract labour-related HR activities.
Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of HR & Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
Solid employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
Experience in manufacturing / factory / shop-floor HR will be preferred.
Ability to independently manage HR operations and coordinate with management.
