Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve equipment issues effectively.
Field service experience, including in office installation, commissioning, and customer-facing support for diagnostic or medical equipment.
Maintenance and repair skills for electro-mechanical or biomedical instruments, with the ability to perform preventive and corrective actions.
Transparent and qualified communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
Knowledge of laboratory workflows, diagnostic equipment, and safety practices is an advantage.
Ability to travel within the region as required, manage time efficiently, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and documentation standards for service reporting.
