Role & responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites.
Preventive & breakdown maintenance and machine servicing.
Troubleshooting of electrical, PLC, instrumentation, pneumatic and mechanical issues.
Diagnose issues related to electrical panels, sensors, drives and automation systems.
Provide in office, telephone and remote technical support.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
Train customers/operators on machine operation and maintenance.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Design and QC teams for technical issues.
Travel to customer locations in India and worldwide as required.

Preferred candidate profile
2 to 5 years of experience in machine servicing, installation, commissioning or maintenance.
Experience in industrial automation, packaging or bagging machines preferred.
Strong knowledge of PLC, electrical panels, sensors, drives, instrumentation and pneumatics.
Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
Willingness to travel
