Roles &
Responsibilities:
User Research &
Analysis: Frame problems, conduct user research, analyse behaviour, and create personas and user interface journey maps to guide design decisions and trade offs.

Interface Design: Design UI interactive features and elements such as icons, menus, panels, controls, and widgets, gestures, ensuring visual consistency and usability across products and services
Prototyping &
Wireframing: Develop storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience
Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, system engineers, product managers, field and after-sales engineers, and other stakeholders to implement designs and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Design

Systems &
Standards: Create, update, maintain and apply design language (color, typography, icons) and design systems for the products, adhere to corporate design guidelines, design coherency, machine standards, and responsive design.
Documentation &
Presentation: Prepare user interface research reports, design artifacts,



and presentations for internal teams and executives Drive proof-of-concepts through full production deployment while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.

Must Have Skills:
Technical understanding and systems thinking with robust collaboration skills to create consistent and intuitive user experience and user interface design across product families for industrial use.
Robust understanding of usability principles, UI design patterns, and responsive design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar
Ability to analyze user data, make trade-offs and translate insights into actionable design solutions • Ability to analyze technical data (software, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, ) to propose solutions for technical operations (configuration, maintenance, ) for different technologies (laser, ink jet, )
Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders • Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design) and research repositories.
