The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions while leading development teams and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot end-to-end automation solutions.
Develop software robotics and process automation aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Lead development activities throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
Participate in automation innovation and current solution development.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to RPA development standards.

Qualifications
