We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Loyalty Management.
Work on Loyalty Programs, Members, Tier Groups, Tiers, Program Currencies, Perks, Promotions and Vouchers.
Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL and Lightning solutions.
Implement loyalty business logic for points accrual, redemption, member tiers, promotions and rewards.
Work with Loyalty Management APIs and integrations.
Integrate Salesforce Loyalty Management with external systems/POS platforms.
Develop automation using Flow and Loyalty Program Processes.
Write scalable and bulkified Apex code.
Develop Test Classes and perform unit testing.
Troubleshoot and optimize loyalty solutions.
Participate in architecture/design discussions and mentor junior developers.
