Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage and lead the store team to achieve operational targets.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment.
Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain store hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for seamless operations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or quick commerce operations.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail/store management systems is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
