Roles and Responsibilities
Provide after sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to weighing equipment.
Install, commission, and perform field service on various types of weigh bridges.
Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment at customer sites using problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Robust understanding of weighing systems, including installation, calibration, and troubleshooting procedures.
Freshers are also welcome having experience in after sales support or service engineering for industrial equipment/machinery.
