We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Application Tester / Trainer to test, validate, and provide training on shipping and logistics software applications. The candidate should have a good understanding of shipping and logistics processes, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Test shipping and logistics software applications for functionality, accuracy, and usability.
Understand shipping and logistics workflows and validate application features accordingly.
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
Identify, document, and track software bugs and functional issues.
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Coordinate with the development team to resolve application issues.
Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions for customers and users.
Explain application features, workflows, and processes clearly.
Prepare user manuals, training materials,
and testing documentation.
Participate in software implementation and customer onboarding activities.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and feedback.
Educational Qualification
B.Com / BBA or equivalent qualification.
PG Diploma / Diploma in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain processes.
Valuable understanding of shipping documentation and operational workflows.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand and explain software applications.
Positive customer-handling and training skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
