Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of packaging machines at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
Install and commission packaging machines at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-related issues.
Conduct machine testing and ensure proper machine performance.
Provide preventive and breakdown maintenance support.
Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the required timeline.
Guide customers on machine operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with the Production, Electrical, Design, and Sales teams for technical requirements.
Prepare service reports after completing customer visits.
Maintain proper records of machine issues, spare parts, repairs, and service activities.
Identify recurring machine problems and provide feedback to the technical team for corrective action.




Support machine demonstrations and trials whenever required.
Travel to customer locations as per business requirements.
Follow company safety procedures and service SOPs.
Maintain qualified communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of packaging machinery and industrial equipment.
Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, motors, drives, and basic control systems.
Ability to read and understand mechanical/electrical drawings.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Ability to work independently at customer sites.
Basic computer knowledge for service reports and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
