We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Host to welcome customers and ensure they have an excellent experience in our jewellery showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Guide customers and connect them with the sales team.
Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain customer records and collect feedback.
Support showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Assist with social media content and customer engagement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified showroom setting.
Requirements:
Master's Degree or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service, hospitality, retail, or front-office experience preferred.
Well-groomed personality and qualified appearance.
Basic computer knowledge.
