What youll do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, Mac mini, and Mac Pro hardware across our rental fleet
Run Apple Service Diagnostics (ASD / AST 2), isolate failures to component or logic-board level, and execute repairs SSD / memory swap, battery service, display assembly, keyboard, trackpad, I/O boards
Reimage macOS via Apple Configurator 2 DFU restore on Apple Silicon and T2 machines
Log every job with RCA, parts consumed, turnaround time, and warranty status
Provide onsite Apple support for enterprise customers in IT services, media production, and BFSI
