Requirements
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (relevant field).
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil site supervision.
Two-wheeler mandatory (candidate must own one).
Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
Ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and workers.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
Manage manpower, materials, and timelines across sites.
Skills Needed
Solid knowledge of civil engineering practices.
Leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
